Mental Preparation

Mental preparation is defined by the Canadian Olympic Association as “training which aims to approach with regularity the optimal conditions for performance”.

In other words, thanks to different tools, I accompany athletes to help them overcome the brakes that can be obstacles to their well-being or their performance.

We work together to develop the skills, mental and emotional processes involved in performance.

Mental preparation can be Individual or Group work depending on the disciplines and the problems encountered.
